Learn FUN and ENERGIZING BELLYDANCE FITNESS basic moves to STRENGTHEN and TONE core muscles, LOSE inches on waist, hips and thighs and IMPROVE overall posture and stamina. ZUMBA + TONING fitnessspeciality classes (ZUMBA GOLD, ZUMBA TONING) improve CARDIO, STRENGTH and TONE all muscle groups. Mixed level classes for all age groups and fitness levels. R.I.P.P.E.D. INTERVAL FITNESS TRAINING (GROUP or ONE-ON-ONE/BOOTCAMP style) focusing on HIGH/LOW INTENSITY TRAINING, CARDIO/STAMINA, MUSCULAR STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE, BALANCE AND COORDINATION. Class schedule will include (60min) Zumba+TONING, Bellydance for Fitness, RIPPED(BOOTCAMP), Some BELLYDANCE STYLES such as EGYPTIAN CABARET, BALKAN GYPSY(SKIRT), FOLKLORIC AND TRIBAL FUSION are 90-minute class which includes WARM UP/COOL DOWN MAT WORK and CHOREOGRAPHY.
